I can still remember my heart literally skipped a beat when I found cellulite on myself. I couldn't believe this was happening to me. I could not understand why I had stayed skinny throughout my life but there it was, that patch of cellulite staring back at me. I immediately started looking for a solution. Obviously I wasn't working out as much as I should, hence I decided to up the ante and just to be safe, I also got the latest cellulite treatment gel I could get my hands on.
There were literally thousands of products to choose from creams, massages, pills the choices were endless. With every one of them promising me an instant solution, it was difficult to pick just one so I had to buy a few that I thought would be useful.
The price didn't worry me, I was more focused to eliminating these
ugly cellulite marks as quickly as I can so I could get my body back.
During week one, I thought I was noticing some slight results. By week two, the cellulite on my legs looked even worse than when I first noticed it.
I was really bewildered by the result I was getting since I was working out more intensely on top of using supposedly effective cellulite removal products. It also showed signs of spreading to other regions. It simply didn't work out in my brain, what was supposed to be helping was instead making it worse than before. It then dawned upon me that I was dealing with it incorrectly. If I had been taught anything from this, it was that pills and therapies were not the actual remedy for my predicament. The end result I wanted was the removal of the root cause of the problem!
Subsequently I also discovered the not all work outs will
improve your cellulite condition, in fact some will make it worse than before! Now who would have thought that exercising could make it worse?
After going through all that trouble, it was still by working out that can eliminate cellulite effectively. Not just any exercise will do, you must choose a workout that is geared toward the removal of cellulite! After much researching, I have formulated my own set of exercise that will improve my situation and boy did I see some improvements within a month.
